Thanks for the links (don't worry about the length, there's no 140-character restriction here :) ), Gina. I love reading the story about your dancing night.

And the Shiva Nata thingy is fascinating although the first time I saw it, I just couldn't help laughing. It just makes me want to look at it again to figure out where the repetition starts and where it ends. It sure requires lots of hands and legs coordination though. A good brain and body workout. Have fun!

The Shiva Nata stuff is scary awesome. Havi invited me to express more of my thoughts about it here:
http://shivanata.com/blog/guest-posts/brain-mush-patterns-of-fear-and-writing-guest-posts/

And wow! You were doing some research to dig up my reference! I'm impressed (and flattered!) But no, here it is, on the 'personal page' of my blog:

(Sorry I didn't shorten those url's..)

Thanks for your thoughts, Gina. For those who are interested, check out this page on Gina's blog about the Shiva Nata 'brain yoga'. I clicked on the video link and it is totally hilarious but yet there's some strange sense of order in the midst of those wacky moves. Go watch it.

For that cathartic experience, I'm guessing Gina is referring to her recent trip home? Do correct me if it's not, Gina.

YES! I so wanted to write about this as well... and refer to it as 'tweaking'.. just doing things slightly out of the normal routine, like your #21.. taking a different route to work. Or shaving the other leg first.. LOL (because it makes you stop and think.)

#17... did that not too long ago and blogged about it. Totally cathartic. And the Shiva Nata 'brain yoga' practice.. all about shaking loose stuckness.

Great post.. thank you!

Thank you, Karim. I'm glad you find the tips helpful.
