Do not - do not - do not even attempt a 6/3 ratio of 2:1 ... it is common and a terrible practice. You want just exactly the opposite; something that looks like 1:1 or 1:2 (between that range is closest to normal, though slightly more is suggested in pregnant or breast feeding women). There is no controversy - there is only a great deal of misleading / misunderstood information circulated as fact.

There is a lot to get through, but I would suggest reading my recent journal publication as I do an extremely thorough review of the literature as well as present new information that willl help you.

		<description>I feel a little stupid.  Just checked the label on my fish oil capsules and find they also contain a small amount of omega 6!  I&#039;ve also discovered that omega 9 is made in the body.</description>
